Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "Velora" refer to Velora Cosmetics F.Z.E. "You" refers to the person visiting this site or placing an order.

By browsing this website or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our Refund and Return Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

We sell the Velora Starter Set: a 50ml fragrance-free, water-based hair serum supplied with a precision scalp applicator and a welcome card.

Velora is a cosmetic product intended for external use on the scalp and hair. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Results vary from person to person. Any timelines we describe on this site are general guidance based on typical hair growth cycles, not a guarantee of outcome.

We work to display product photography and colours accurately, but the exact appearance on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product.

If you have a known scalp condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are undergoing medical treatment, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

All prices are shown in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

The full amount payable, including any shipping charge and applicable VAT, is itemised in the order summary before you confirm payment. No charge is taken until you confirm.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details on our systems.

Your bank or card statement will show the descriptor VELORA COSMETICS.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order you have already placed and paid for.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where we cannot verify payment or delivery details, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Where an item is offered as a preorder, this is stated clearly before you pay, along with the expected wait. Preorder items ship on the next production run and take longer than in-stock orders.

Discount codes are applied at checkout and appear as their own line in the order summary.

Unless stated otherwise, a code may be used once per customer, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Codes have an expiry date and may be withdrawn at any time before use.

Founder Member status is awarded to the first 1,000 customers who complete a paid order, in order of purchase. Joining our email list does not by itself reserve a Founder Member place.

Founder benefits are described on this website at the time of the offer. We may vary or withdraw future benefits, but we will honour any benefit already earned.

Delivery terms, timeframes and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

Your return and refund rights are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, branding and design — belongs to Velora or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reproduced commercially without our written consent.

You agree not to misuse this site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.

We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, extreme weather, or acts of government.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Ajman.
